We pride ourselves on providing an honest, caring, and personalised service. Many of our patients have been visiting the clinic since we opened in 2001, bringing their children and now grandchildren in for continued care. We also value our patients who started seeing Dr Janette MacDonald in the 1980’s.

Dr. Beverly Chia

Dr. Beverly Chia

Dr. Beverly Chia graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 and has been practicing in Glen Iris and surrounding suburbs since 2001.

Beverly enjoys working with patients of all ages to create smiles that last a lifetime. She is passionate about health education, and gets a real buzz when her patients embrace and maintain an excellent oral hygiene routine.

Beverly is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain – Australian Chapter (AACP), the Australian Endontonology Society (ASE), and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). She is a strong believer in evidence-based dentistry, and is continually improving her knowledge and skill set by attending regular dental courses.

Beverly is happily married with two beautiful daughters and enjoys being a mum. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, playing tennis, practising yoga and clinical pilates, as well as reading and listening to classical music.

General Dentist

Dr Maia Valmorbida

Dr Maia Valmorbida attained her Bachelor of Dental Science with honours from the University of Melbourne in 2000. She has worked interstate , overseas in London and in Melbourne ,both in public health and private practice. Maia joined our team in December 2023 , coming back to work when her youngest started Kindergarten.

Maia has enjoyed helping and treating patients from all walks of life including some through various outreach programs.

Maia's core dental values are to have her patients achieve a beautiful aesthetic smile that is pleasing and functional.

Maia has a very conservative and gentle approach to dentistry guided by evidence based scientific research.

Maia is a strong believer in prevention and Minimally Invasive Dentistry.

Maia is a busy Mum to 3 children and 2 stepsons.

And in her spare time , Maia enjoys cooking , listening to music and has recently joined her local hockey time . Her family are hockey mad.
