Fillings

Fillings are usually performed under local anaesthetic in the dental chair. We offer high-quality, tooth-coloured fillings as well as stronger porcelain and gold fillings. Porcelain veneers and crowns are also available and provide an even translucency,  colour, shine, and longevity.

Root canal therapy

​

Root canals are performed when the nerve of a tooth becomes necrotic or infected. This treatment is carried out over a period of a few visits and can prevent the need for extractions, saving the tooth and keeping your smile beautiful.

A referral to a specialist endodontist may be required if the root canal is more complex. In conjunction with root canal therapy, we always recommend a porcelain crown for the long-term protection of the tooth. If the tooth cannot be saved, a dental implant or bridge will prevent any movement in the surrounding teeth and ensure you can continue to chew normally.

Any dental implants we provide are overseen by a specialist periodontist or maxillo-facial surgeon.

Dentures

 

If you have missing teeth, we can construct partial or complete dentures to keep your smile looking healthy. We work closely with our local dental technician, and are normally able to offer same-day repair and addition of teeth to existing dentures.
